Hi, I’m Vikas - Director and Founder of American Mental Health Group. I’m also a seasoned entrepreneur and a United States Marine.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for well-managed, profitable mental health clinics.
Our criteria is straightforward. We don’t pursue aggressive or opportunistic deals. We offer fair market value based on your business’s EBITDA, typically in the range of 2 to 5 times EBITDA.
To move forward, we ask that you have your last three years of tax returns ready. Once we receive them, our team will review the numbers and provide an offer within 24 hours.
